Complaints

We aim to deliver high standards of care at de Vries Medical Aesthetics. However, if you are not satisfied and wish to make a compliant, please address complaints to Verity de Vries verbally or in writing.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days.

Medical History

It is the patient’s responsibility to inform de Vries Medical Aesthetics of all relevant medical history prior to each treatment. De Vries Medical Aesthetics is not liable for complications that may arise as a result of not suppling relevant information.

Aftercare

It is the patient’s responsibility to comply with, and follow, the after care advice provided verbally and via email by ourselves.

Children

We do not treat children under the age of 18 years old. Children are also not permitted into the clinic room while you are having a treatment, We would therefore ask that you attend your appointment without children.

Reviews

All treatments will be offered a complementary review post procedure.

For anti wrinkle reviews this will be between 2 and 4 weeks post treatment. Any clinical indication for additional treatment will be assessed by a practitioner at review.

Late Arrival

If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Expectations

With all treatments the actual degree of improvement cannot be predicted or guaranteed. The outcome’s subjective nature means dissatisfaction is a possible outcome regardless of effectiveness of treatment. The effect of all treatments may gradually wear off and additional treatments may be necessary to maintain the desired effect.

Prices

Prices shown on our website are a guide only. A face to face consultation is necessary to ascertain an accurate price based on product selection and area treated, among other factors. The price will be discussed and agreed upon on as part of the consent and consultation process, before proceeding with treatment.
